Work with Kevin

Offer 1

Setup session

Time
One 60-minute session
Price
$500
Fits
A lawyer or small firm on a paid Claude plan, ready to move from one-off chats to repeatable work.
You leave with
  • Claude Code running on your own computer from the Claude desktop app
  • A workspace folder with starter instruction files, so your Claude chat plans and Claude Code does the work
  • A verification step you run on AI output before anything leaves your office
  • Your email, calendar and file storage connected and tested, where a connector exists and your account allows it
  • One task run start to finish on sample data
  • A written recap within two business days
How it runs
You work on your own computer while I guide. You sign in to every account yourself. We use sample or fully redacted files, never client files. If client data will pass through Claude, we set it up on a business or enterprise plan.

Two 60-minute sessions and a one-time review
Price
$1,500
Fits
A lawyer or other professional who writes for a living and wants to be known for their work without sounding like an advertisement.

  • A voice file built from your own writing, so drafts sound like you
  • A research and verification loop for every piece you publish
  • A publishing checklist you run before anything goes out
  • A daily organizer that opens with the one task that matters most
  • A 30-day check-in, 30 to 45 minutes, to review what you published and tune your voice file and checklist
How it runs
Two 60-minute sessions by video, then the check-in about 30 days after the second. You publish everything yourself, and nothing posts automatically.

Fits
A firm with a process that repeats every week, such as checking client documents against a list, drafting forms from intake data, or assembling a filing packet.
What it covers
We pick one workflow by the time it saves, build it on your firm's own AI account rather than mine, train the person who will run it, and hand it off with written instructions. More workflows follow one at a time, each scoped on its own.
What it does not cover
Legal advice, or review of any client matter.
How it runs
We build and test on sample or fully redacted files, never client files.

For contractors

Door-knock lead board

A lead list and tracker for crews that sell door to door. I built the first one for a roofer working Baltimore, Harford, Howard and Anne Arundel counties in Maryland. It reads public permit records, ranks the homes where a new roof looks overdue, and gives the crew one place on their phones to log every door.

Time
Scoped after a call.

Fits
A home-improvement crew that sells door to door, such as roofing, siding or windows, and wants to know which doors to knock first.
You leave with
  • A ranked list of homes in your territory with no roof permit on record in 15 years, each with its reasons in plain sentences
  • A tracker on your phone that logs every door as not home, not interested and why, come back later, demo booked or deal closed
  • A schedule of callbacks and demos, with missed callbacks flagged
  • A results page with doors knocked, demos booked, close rate and closed sales
  • Passcode sign-in, so the list stays with your crew
How it runs
The permit data comes from Shovels, on a data subscription in your name. I set up the board and pull a fresh list when you need more doors. Your crew knocks and logs each door from their phones.
What it does not cover
Homeowner phone numbers or emails, and any call, text or mail to a homeowner. A missing permit is a reason to knock, not proof that a roof is old.

Sample homes, not real leads. Sign in with knock for the crew's view or admin for the owner's view.

The lead board on a phone, open to one home. It shows the home's priority score, the reasons it made the list, and buttons for not home, not interested, reschedule, demo booked and deal closed.
Logging a door. Sample data.
